Examples of violations include, but are not limited to:
  • Sharing or allowing access to SolvNetPlus materials without proper authorization
  • Copying, distributing, or uploading Synopsys proprietary documents to public or unsecured platforms
  • Using Synopsys tools, libraries, or resources for commercial, industrial, or profit-driven projects
  • Allowing unauthorized individuals (including non-approved students or external parties) to use licensed tools or materials
  •    Failing to adequately protect confidential and proprietary information
  •    Misuse of academic access for purposes unrelated to education or fundamental research.
